A better landscaping inquiry starts with the right questions
Ask about the work first, then show only relevant questions and keep the reply thread connected.
Start with one question: “What can we help with?” A weekly mowing lead needs a property address, lawn-size band, gate access and desired start date. A drainage project needs a description, photos and a visit. Sending everyone the same long form wastes time for both the customer and the office.
Three useful rules
- Ask questions in the order a customer can answer them. Let the service choice determine the next step.
- Store the answers next to the conversation, with the source page and attachments.
- Send a clear acknowledgment, then let a real team member take over. Customer email replies should return to that thread.
A guided experience should not pretend to be an AI estimator. If the site cannot determine a price safely, collect the request and promise a review.
